Putting on a cap. Putting the cap in front of you when you have to beg. What a poetic gesture that is! The cap is a big right tit! In the Alentejo in Portugal there are workers who drink from such spoons. They are found at the brooks and are meant for everyone regardless of origin and class. You might think they are communal spoons. Cucharita translated "little spoon" is also a sacred thing, like the holy water font in the church. Inside the work is the interior of an asshole made of plaster. This work is part of the project ONIONS with Miguel Domingues. It was shown in Kunstverein Ve.Sch
